Looking Beautiful

Looking beautiful is all about inner and outer beauty. It's not make up and fake nails or tans, it's fitness, health, water, relaxation, cleanliness and what you wear.
Okay, so to start let's go with health and fitness. Most people don't like exercising but at the end  of the day it's what you gain and not the pain! So get to your gym and workout. As long as you do half an hour for 4 days of the week, that's better than nothing. If you don't want to go to the gym, do it at home! You could go swimming or have a jog in the park, bike rides, evening walks, yoga, Pilate, gymnastics, long periods of dancing. ANYTHING!

Exercise is an important feature of beauty. Not just your figure but your stamina and fitness rates. If you can keep your fitness rate at average for your age, that's all you could ask for. Loads of people say that they HATE exercising but afterwards they feel amazing. Fitness isn't just the key but you also need health. This practically consists of eating healthily! Sounds boring right? Unfortunately it all takes place in the cycle of health and fitness. Fruit and vegetables are best but still too much of them (due to natural sugars) can be bad for you. So it's always best to separate your food in taking into sections. For example:

Eating healthily is not just it but drinking water is also a key figure. Water is the most important though! Without water we would get dehydrated and die.... But make sure you give yourself treats sometimes!!!!
To be beautiful you must feel beautiful! To do that relaxing is a really good thing to do. Maybe have a deep, hot bath with bubbles. Turn down the light and listen to your favourite music, read a book and rest your head on a cushion or a folded towel. Or you could hire a film, get some of your favourite foods and drinks, cuddle up under a blanket and relax while watching an amazing film. To feel beautiful you also need to watch your cleanliness. Really that is just washing your face after a bath and when you get up in the morning with proper face wash. Massaging cream into your skin all over your body apart from your face. Brushing your hair to keep knots out and getting it cut every now and then to keep dead ends away. Make up isn't important but you could keep a little lip balm or gloss by you and top it up every now and then. Keep your nails clean and shaped however you want, as long as it's nice. Even on days when you feel at the dumps try and keep a smile! Be a laugh and have fun no matter what is happening!!!! Last feeling beautiful sometimes means wearing really nice clothes. That doesn't mean expensive! It doesn't mean fashionable! It doesn't mean things other people would like! It means feeling good in what you are wearing. As long as you like what you are wearing and you feel comfortable that's all that matters. Okay so they are the main points above for being and feeling beautiful! If you don't you could always try repeating every morning and night, whilst looking in a mirror your name and even if you don't like it about yourself say you do. It could take a while but finally it will click. Take the hint, your beautiful!
