Rice crispy Cake Recipe!

If you are in the mood for eating and making, quick, easy cakes, Rice crispy cakes are the best.

Ingredients; Bar of chocolate, cearal of your choice (cornflakes, coco pops, rice crispiest), Pan of boiling water.
Equipment; Large mixing bowl, wooden spoon, cupcake cases, plate or baking tray, Pan, glass bowl, small spoon.

1: Boil the water and pour about a quarter of the cereals into a mixing bowl.

2: Once the water starts bubbling place to glass bowl on top of the pan and put in the chocolate a couple of chunks at a time. Move around with the wooden spoon (as wood doesn't conduct heat as much as metal) Once the whole chocolate bar is melted completely without lumps pour into bowl.

3: Mix in a circular way around the bowl, making sure all the cereal is covered with the warm, melted chocolate.

4: Place the mixture into separate cupcake cases, to fill then right up and put them in the fridge to go solid.
TIP: Leave them for about an hour then they are ready to eat..... YUM!
