 December, Sunday
8:00am                    Morning Jog for an hour. Go at a reasonable speed, no walking and don't give up....
12:00pm                  Midday yoga/Pilates session. Calm down your pulse and relax your muscles. An hour at                 either a club or at home using yoga/Pilates discs. They're both great and really calming. I                               personally enjoy both. Once you have finished have pasta to re store your energy.
2:00pm                    Boot Camp.... It consists of 10 sit ups in one whole go, 5 push ups, 20 squats and 20                   lunges (each leg). Repeat 3 times doubling the number each time. 
 December, Monday
6:00am                   According to working times a morning jog is great for first thing in the morning then to                     come home and have a wash before going to work/school. 
4:30pm                   Badminton is a great sport along with tennis, squash, netball, hockey and basketball. 

 December, Tuesday
6:00am                   According to working times a morning boot Camp session is great for first thing in the                     morning then to have a wash before going to work/school. 
5:00pm                   Aerobics or boxer size!!!!

December, Wednesday
6:00am                   According to working times a morning yoga/Pilates session is great for first thing in the                     morning then to have a wash before going to work/school.
5:00pm                   Swimming....


 December, Thursday
6:00am                   According to working times a morning boot camp session is great for first thing in the                     morning then to have a wash before going to work/school.
